Support contracts also enable Windows & Mac users to extend their support period if they purchased a commercial license and the included support contract has expired.

Each support package includes a maximum number of cases that can be opened per year. If a customer exceeds this case limit additional charges may apply. The Support Agreement includes all the detailed terms and conditions covered by the NetCitadel, LLC support contract.
